For Newspaper Publishers, all you have to do is supply ZIP code level circulation information with your Audit Report. This information will be included in all e-Data’s newspaper analysis products used everyday by Advertisers and Agencies.

For Magazine Publishers, provide your county level circulation (paid and analyzed non-paid) detail via a Supplemental Data Report, which is separate from your Publisher’s Statement. ABC then aligns your county circulation with standard market areas such as Designated Market Areas (DMA) and Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA/CBSA). This information is included in all e-Data periodical analysis products used everyday by Advertisers and Agencies.
