On June 9, ABC will launch its newly designed e-Data center, featuring a comprehensive suite of media analysis tools with vastly improved enhancements that include a more streamlined navigation, enhanced search functionality, greater ease of use and custom reports.

The new media analysis tools are a welcome addition for media buyers who will benefit from an improved workflow, faster data processing and efficiency. Unlike the current e-Data tools that require users to search by product, the new tools begin with a search by title, parent company, classification, market, member number or circulation size.

“The new look and functionality of the e-Data tools provide more valuable user interaction with ABC data,” commented Gladys Searcy, ABC’s director of marketing and sales. “The market search feature allows users to find publications by specific states, down to the ZIP code level. And members now have the ability to create customizable eFAS-FAX reports. Both are welcome enhancements to the tool.”

Subscribers can also create batch reports in e-statements that enable them to view, save and print several ABC reports at one time. These new search options enable subscribers to select specific titles to download into customized FAS-FAX reports rather than sorting through all of the titles, which allows for side-by-side comparisons.

“The new tools are easy to use and were carefully developed to support the needs of our subscribers,” said Searcy. “The redesigned home page features a “Help” section that goes through step-by-step instructions on getting started with the tools and helpful tips on how to conduct searches. The new tools also feature on-demand tutorials that walk users through the steps on creating customized analyses.”

You can view a short video on ABC’s Web site that showcases the product’s new design and search features.
