New Enhancements to e-Data Center Recently, ABC made several enhancements to the e-Data center based on the feedback of ABC members and the e-Data User Group Committee, including improvements to the search options, Rapid Report and the eNewspaper tool. New Search OptionSave and Retrieve Previous Searches Users of the e-Data Center can now save a list of frequently searched publications and retrieve that list on subsequent visits. To create a list, begin by conducting a search. Highlight the title or titles you want to include in your list from the “Available Titles” box and select the “Save List” button:
A pop-up box will appear, prompting you to enter a name for a new list or add the title to a previously saved list:
Continue the above steps until all of the desired titles are saved to your list. To access your list, simply select the yellow “Retrieve Saved List” bar on the left navigation menu:
Rapid ReportNew Single-Issue Comparison Report Available ABC Rapid Report users are now able to compare single issues for multiple publications in one report. Select the titles you want to compare from the search screen:
Select the single-issue comparison report option from the menu and choose the issue date from the dropdown box:
eNewspaper ToolAudience-FAX website Activity Data Now Incorporated in Paragraph 1 Options Subscribers of the eNewspaper tool can now include a newspaper’s website activity dataunique users and page viewsreported in the Audience-FAX boxes in their reports. The Audience-FAX website activity data is available by selecting the “Total Average Paid Circulation (Para 1)” option in the eNewspaper tool:
Next, select the data fields you wish to include in the report:
The final report can be downloaded as either an Excel or PDF file:
