Every six months, publishers file their circulation claims with ABC, resulting in an ABC Publisher's Statement and a listing in ABC's FAS-FAX report. Member listings in FAS-FAX are preliminary, top-line circulation averages, culled from the newly-filed claims, which are subject to audit. The report is accessible online to ABC member subscribers and the accredited press via a user login and passcode.

Reports are available online on the following scheduled dates by 8 a.m. eastern time.

The Supplement to the FAS-FAX report is released two weeks after the initial release and discloses any revisions made or later filed claims. Any member publications that do not file on time are listed on a "non-filer" report which accompanies the Supplement.

Members of the accredited press are invited to apply for an ABC Press Pass. If approved, will be granted reporter access to ABC online data, which includes the FAS-FAX in both PDF and Excel formats.
