Advertiser Guidelines

Advertisers will review preprint projections exactly as uploaded. Please consider the following guidelines developed by advertisers when uploading data to the tool:

• Provide projections on a monthly basis for any of the following information:
  • Home delivery and single copy by ZIP code
  • ZIP code by zone
  • ZIP code by day-of-week
• Upload projections in Excel^®, though any file format is allowed (e.g. Word^®, PowerPoint^®, PDF, text files, etc.)
• Provide a contact at your publication in the "Explanatory" box for advertisers to call with questions concerning your projections. Please note that ABC cannot answer data-specific inquiries.
• Provide detailed explanations of specific files in the "Comments" box upon uploading individual files.
• Include additional detail regarding holiday projections, if applicable (e.g. Thanksgiving)
