Analyzed Issue – Elimination of May/ November requirement (effective March 7, 2005)

At the March 2005 meeting, the ABC board of directors eliminated the requirement to have all business publications use the May and November issues as their analyzed issues for Publisher’s Statements and Audit Reports. A business publication may select any issue in the period as the analyzed issue. However, once the issue is selected, the same issue must be used in the analyses for the Business Analysis (Paragraph 3) and Geographic Analysis (Paragraph 4).
