Addition to Paragraph 3B Age of Source Analysis Format (Final Passage - March 2004)

In March 2004, the ABC board of directors granted final passage to a modification to Paragraph 3b, Age of Source Data Analysis. This paragraph delineates the types and age of source data used to serve subscriptions to qualified recipients for the analyzed issue. The updated format would include totals for each source type so that users of ABC reports can quickly identify the number of subscriptions, and associated percent of total, generated by each source type. This format is effective with the June 2004 reporting period.

This analysis would be required for the non-paid circulation of all members reporting on the Qualified Paid and Non-Paid Circulation form. Members also have the option to analyze their paid circulation.
