Partnership Sales Rule D 2.9
At its July 2006 meeting, the ABC board of directors gave unanimous consent to Rule D 2.9 Partnership Sales to be effective July 24, 2006. The passage of this rule allows business publication members to sell subscriptions and/or single issues with a business partner’s goods and/or services provided the business publication is identified as being paid for as part of the package price, carrying an assigned qualifying value and said value is deductible from the package price if the consumer elects to decline the publication.
