Directories not considered Premiums (Final Passage of Rule Change - July 2003)

At the July 2003 board meeting final passage to modify Rule D 8.2 Premium Defined and Rule D 8.4 Subscriptions Single Copy Sales in Combination. This modification will exclude directories and reference products from being premiums.

As a result when directories and reference products are sold together with a subscription or single-copy issues, the sale would qualify under combination rules where in the purchaser would pay at least one cent for the subscription or single issue plus one cent for the directory or reference product in order to qualify all copies as paid circulation.
