Publisher’s Statement—Filing and Certification—July 2007 Board Meeting

All publisher members are required to submit Publisher’s Statements to ABC. These Publisher’s Statements must be signed and certified.

At the July 2007 meeting, the board of directors voted with unanimous consent to modify Bylaw 2.14 Publisher’s Statements—Filing and Certification.

Effective with the December 2007 reporting period, all Publisher’s Statements must be signed by and certified by the senior circulation executive and the publisher or other management executive.
