Verified Public Place Update—Hotel copies

At the November 2007 ABC board meeting, Rule 15.1 Verified Circulation was modified for copies distributed to hotels effective immediately.

The ABC board elected to increase the limit for those magazines whose frequency is monthly or less. The number of copies was increased from two per hotel room to four per hotel room. For those magazines that publish on a frequency greater than monthly (weekly, every other week, etc) the same limit of one copy per room remained. All other verified hotel guidelines stay in effect.
