Partnership Sales
Partnership sales are defined as sales where a subscription or single copy of a magazine is included with the sale of another product or service. The consumer must be informed of the magazine inclusion, its value, and the fact the value is deductible (or refundable) from the package price if the magazine is declined. Magazines bundled with hotel stays, transportation services, and cable television services shall be subject to ABC’s policy for subscriptions and single copies sold with other services. You may request a pre-evaluation of your partnership sales programs by your ABC Publisher Relation Manager. When doing so, please complete and submit the Partnership Sales Pre-Evaluation form (Microsoft® Word® document).
