Consumer Magazine Reporting Format Modified (June 2003)

At the November 2002 meeting the ABC board modified consumer magazine rules regarding reporting format. This modification will allow for all magazine members to release circulation data on the “pink sheet” regardless of the percentage of paid circulation the publication may have. A Publisher Statement’s will reflect one of three possible reporting disclosures; “Paid Circulation,” “Paid and Analyzed Non-Paid” or “Analyzed Non-Paid.” This reporting format will be effective with the June 2003 Publisher’s Statement.
