Censure Provisions Formalized (effective March 7, 2005)

In July 2004, the ABC board of directors adopted a formal position relative to the censure of ABC members. This position has been active and enforced since the July 2004 meeting.

Since July 2004, the language in ABC Bylaws, Article 7 – Offenses and Punishment has been reviewed and amendments have been drafted to incorporate language regarding the formalized position taken by the board.

At the March 2005 meeting, the ABC board adopted proposed revisions to Article 7 of the Bylaws.
