Review of Rule E 8.2 Premium Defined

At its March 2007 meeting, the ABC board of directors gave unanimous consent to modify Rule E 8.2 Premium Defined (effective March 12, 2007) to first, permit farm publication members to provide free or discounted access to the publication’s paid Web site; and secondly, to permit publishers to provide subscribers access to unique nonrecurring publisher initiated events/activities.
