Revision to Time Limit for Filing Publisher's Statements (Effective July 18, 2005)
At the July 2005 board meeting, the ABC board of directors voted to allow farm publications up to 30 days after the close of the period to file their Publisher's Statements. Prior to this ruling, farm publications only had 15 days after the close of the period to file their statements.
This change has no impact on the release of the FAS-FAX for magazine, farm and religious publications.
