Variations from Publisher’s Statement July 2007 Board Meeting
When an audit shows variations from the data in the related Publisher’s Statements, ABC shall report those discrepancies in the subsequent two Publisher’s Statements and on the variance report that is published three times a year.
At the July 2007 meeting, the board of directors voted with unanimous consent to modify Rule B 2.8 (d) Variation from Publisher’s Statements.
Effective with the next reporting period, variances of three percent or more between the auditor’s findings and the filed Publisher’s Statements shall be reported in the subsequent two Publisher’s Statements. These differences will also be reported on the next variance report to be distributed.
