Premium Exclusion: Archive Access—Unanimous Consent November 2006

At the November 2006 meeting, the board of directors gave unanimous consent to modify Rule C 5.1 Premium Defined as it relates to the exclusion of archive access.

Effective November 13, 2006, the premium rules should not apply to the following situation:

• To subscribers, free or discounted access to archives (back issues or content of back issues)
