Audience-FAX Enrollment Form

This enrollment form is only for tier one newspapers. If you are not on this list, please contact ABC's at (847) 879-8321.

Note: ABC will use your Scarborough Reader Profile R1 data for September reporting period, R2 data for the March reporting period.

1. All tier one newspapers are required to report unique users/visitors from a panel-based source. Please tell us the panel you prefer to use for unique user data:
