Guide to Hotel Programs

In April 2001, with the redefinition of paid circulation, ABC modified requirements for reporting copies served to hotel guests. This change becomes effective October 1, 2003.

Under this new format, newspapers provided to hotel guests may be claimed as paid circulation on ABC reports in three different categories, depending on the structure of the program.
