Member Obligations—Final Passage July 2007

ABC publisher members are required to cooperate fully and in a timely fashion with ABC auditors in providing accurate records and information in connection with inquiries that arise during the audit period.

At the July 2007 meeting, the board of directors voted with unanimous consent to modify Rule B 2.1 Member Obligations.

Effective July 16, 2007, ABC publisher members must submit all required data to ABC within six months of the end of the audit period. Failure to submit the required records will result in a suspension of all report services.
