Single-Copy Promotions Guide—U.S. Newspapers (Effective October 1, 2010)

E-Readers

Single-issue sales of an electronic copy of the newspaper via an e-reader that may or may not contain advertising are subject to all the same ABC rules and guidelines as any other single-issue offers including premiums, discounts, multi-copy sales, etc.

Therefore, if you are considering a single-issue promotion for an e-reader device, please return to the main single-copy promotions page and select the initiative that applies to your e-reader promotion.
