Single-Copy Promotions Guide—U.S. Newspapers (Effective October 1, 2010)

Single-issue sales of an online copy of the newspaper are subject to all the same ABC rules and guidelines as any other single-issue offers including back copies, premiums, discounts, multi-copy sales, etc.
