| Delay in getting the information from the publisher such as postal receipts, premiums, etc. (If the Audit Report is released more than one year after the audit period, it is not due to ABC inefficiency.) | All current Publisher's Statement information will be withheld until there is compliance. In some instances, the data will also be held from the FAS-FAX report. In addition, online filing is now available at ABC to make it easier and faster for publishers. The online filing system catches many errors before submission. |
