Consumer Magazine Multimedia Publisher's Statement

ABC’s Multimedia Publisher’s Statements offer consumer magazines a unique opportunity to incorporate website traffic activity data in Paragraph 1 of their circulation statements allowing magazines to present a broader view of their reach and total audience to buyers eager to advertise on multiple platforms within the same brand.

Consumer magazines can choose from two types of multimedia statements, depending on their reporting needs:

Top Line

  • Reports website activity for two metrics: page impressions and unique cookies in Paragraph 1A.
  • Reports data by publishers’ choice of frequency, including weekly, monthly or statement period average.

Expanded

In addition to the features of the top-line report, the expanded multimedia statement features:

  • Visits included alongside the page impression and unique cookies data set.
  • Detailed information in Paragraphs 11 through 14, including a breakdown of monthly website traffic activity, most popular sections within a website and profiles of users by domestic and international website domains.

About Multimedia Publisher’s Statements

The consumer magazine Multimedia Publisher’s Statements replaces a magazines’ traditional circulation-only statement. The reports are available to ABC’s advertiser and advertising agency members via the e-Data center.

ABC Interactive must independently audit all website traffic activity data reported on a multimedia statement.
