ABC’s Coupon Distribution Verification Service is a qualitative verification of a newspaper's handling of cents-off coupons. CDVS confirms a newspaper's commitment to eliminate coupon fraud and establish itself as a reliable delivery vehicle in this billion-dollar industry.

The coupon distribution verifications are made in conjunction with the regular annual or every-other-year circulation audit. ABC auditors subject the publisher's claims to verification tests, by making whatever investigations are deemed necessary under the circumstances.
