How to Submit Your Audit Data

You may submit your audit data using one or more of the following methods:

  1. Online (preferred)
    • Log in to our online data collection tools:
    • You need your online filing username and password to access this tool. If you have misplaced your online filing user name and password, contact ABC’s service department at 224-366-6341.
    • You can upload any electronic files you need to submit for the audit (Excel, text or PDF format is preferred).


  2. Electronically, but not online
    • You can place your electronic files on CD and mail them to ABC. The CDs can be sent to ABC headquarters to the attention of your auditor:
      “Joe Auditor” - Audit Fast Track
      Audit Bureau of Circulations
      48 W. Seegers Rd.
      Arlington Heights, IL 60005
    • Please ensure you provide the following information with your CD:
      • Publication name
      • City, State
      • Member number
      • Audit period
      • List of documents that should be found on the CD


  3. Hard Copy
    • You may submit paper documents, if necessary. Hard-copy documents may be sent to ABC headquarters to the attention of your auditor:

      Audit Bureau of Circulations

      Arlington Heights, IL 60005
    • Please ensure you provide the following information with your paperwork:
      • Publication name
      • City, State
      • Member number
      • Audit period
      • List of documents included in the mailing
    • If you want any of the documents returned to you, please include a note in the mailing identifying those you wish to have returned.

NOTE TO MAGAZINES:
If you utilize an outside fulfillment operation to maintain your records, they may submit those materials directly to ABC. Tell your fulfillment contact that you are participating in Audit Fast Track and advise them of the various ways to submit audit data.
